I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Cheyne some years ago through a friend with a diversified, medium sized business with unique IT needs. He was very positive about the service Cheyne was providing his own businesses and I was in need of assistance myself at the time.

I have been a client of Cheyne and ACT IT Multiservices for at least the past five years.

As a trusted service provider Cheyne has Remote Access to my computer so that he is able to sort out my problem while we are talking on the phone.

If this doesn’t work out, we make an appointment for a house call, usually on the same or following day.

Cheyne is always at the other end of a call or text, or calls/texts back very quickly and advises his availability to attend to my problem.

He is always courteous, helpful and friendly, as is his colleague Gaurav. Both have a very high level of technical skill but they are able to communicate the issues with me in a way I can understand.
