We were introduced to ACE IT Multiservices by our security installer and our relationship with them has grown over the recent years so that we now rely on ACE IT for all our IT needs. When our in-house IT person advised they were leaving we took the opportunity to talk to ACE IT about managing everything and they have taken this in their stride. Great Price, Prompt Response and Friendly Service
I have been a client of Cheyne and ACT IT Multiservices for at least the past five years.
As a trusted service provider Cheyne has Remote Access to my computer so that he is able to sort out my problem while we are talking on the phone.
If this doesn’t work out, we make an appointment for a house call, usually on the same or following day.
Cheyne is always at the other end of a call or text, or calls/texts back very quickly and advises his availability to attend to my problem.
He is always courteous, helpful and friendly, as is his colleague Gaurav. Both have a very high level of technical skill but they are able to communicate the issues with me in a way I can understand.
